Plotix Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using the Plotix application ("Plotix"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Services

Plotix provides access to certain content displayed on the mobile application. Content may change from time to time.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use Plotix. You may not:

• Copy or modify the app
• Attempt to extract source code
• Translate the app into other languages
• Make derivative versions

All intellectual property rights belong to StoryPulse Limited. ("StoryPulse").

4. Changes and Charges

StoryPulse reserves the right to make changes to Plotix or charge for services at any time. We will clearly communicate any charges.

5. Data and Security

StoryPulse stores and processes personal data to provide our Service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

6. Internet Connection

Certain features require an active internet connection. StoryPulse is not responsible if the app doesn't work at full functionality without internet access.

7. Data Charges

You may incur charges from your mobile provider when using Plotix outside Wi-Fi areas.

8. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. StoryPulse is not responsible if your device runs out of battery.

9. Updates

We may update Plotix, and you may need to download updates to continue using it. We may also stop providing the app at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer

Content is provided "as is". StoryPulse makes no representations about the accuracy or suitability of content. Your use of content is at your own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

By using Plotix, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including this End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy.

13.1 Terms of Use

StoryPulse provides Web applications and related documentation ("StoryPulse Apps"). Your use is subject to these terms.

13.2 Privacy Policy

Your use is also subject to StoryPulse's Privacy Policy.

13.3 Age Restrictions

We do not allow use of Plotix by minors younger than 18 years old.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Plotix belong to StoryPulse. You may not reverse engineer or modify the app.

15. Subscription and Payments

Some features require payment through in-app purchases. All billing is handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

16. Termination

StoryPulse may terminate your access to Plotix if you violate these Terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

StoryPulse's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StoryPulse regarding Plotix.
